Wild Things: Coated in Leopard

I absolutely love animal print. It's funny cause when it was younger I thought it looked cheap and flashy but now I've realized that it can be really cool with the right outfit. I for one have a lot of leopard print in my wardrobe atm.

Spotted a girl with this jacket yesterday. It looked so great on her. I would use it open like on the model, cause the shape and length makes it too noisy if you close it up. Some color underneath like Alexas' dark blue wouldn't hurt either.

Happy New Years! 

I wanted to post my outfit from last night but I forgot to take any full body pictures :/ I've tried to take some today, but the quality of the pics are pretty lousy, sorry :( This is what i whore though: 

It was a rather small nice party at our neighbors, so I choose something not too loud. The whole outfit, except the earrings, has been really cheap. 

I used these Swarovski earrings as inspiration for the rest of the outfit. It's an old gift from my BF and I really love them.

The skirt is from Monki (Amelie skirt), the sequin top is vintage from a second hand store and the blazer is a second hand H&M trend.

The black oversize ring, that you can't really see on the pic, is from H&M and so are the nail polish and wedges.

Been some time since I've posted an OOTD (been short on photographers. 

The dress and the belt are vintage, the blazer is very old from Monki. The shoes are the Margareth shoes from Monki which I've blogged about before.

Spring Flings

The new pieces are hitting the high street stores now. Making it hard to choose between buying a lot of stuff on sale or saving up for the new arrivals for spring. I've found some pieces that I might have to buy at some point in the near future (when money grow on trees or I win the lottery).

Fly Collar

I've been looking for some more cheap collar tip jewelry, but unfortunately not a lot of it has reached the stores in Denmark. Today  I found this lovely pair of wings though, which I just had to have.

Got it on Sale (Surprise it's a Super Price, Right?)

Asos, H&M, Monki and the rest of our lovely highstreet family is starting sale this week! I've already done some shopping online at Monki.com. I must say - I'm surprised how fast the delivery is and u get a free gift because of the holidays (free stuff - the way to any girls heart). This is what I bought:

And this cape which makes it possible for me to wear my new leather jacket even when it's cold.

Second-hand Hunter

I know I'm slacking a little atm but here's some pictures of the awesome vintage finds I mentioned in an earlier post. I got all this for about 200 dkr. 

Knit jacket (or very warm cardi). Love that it looks like a fur coat.

Flower pattern shirt. Very spring-ish. Would wear it with a blue knit or a high-waist denim skirt. I have a plan to put either studs or pearl on the collar. Second hand clothes are awesome for DYI. It's a lot cheaper to just buy a shirt and do whatever you like with the collar than to actually buy an embellished collar.

Lace shirt which is actually not vintage, but from the brand in wear which makes pretty timeless pieces. Lace is a trend which just repeats itself for every a/w season. 

Velvet animal print blouse with bat sleeves. I love this one - it's so comfy. And a again, this trend seems to repeat it self every a/w. 

Pink shirt with pretty collar and flower print. I mostly bought this for the collar - it will look awesome underneath a knit. The shirt is a statement piece really, so I would wear it with a very plain skirt or jeans. I will have to take out the shoulder pads too. 

Shirt with nice detail in front, old wallet and Christmacy pearl necklace. A little Christmas outfit. This shirt is very versatile - small details, but not too much.
